I am a qualified Beer Sommelier, a CAMRA trainer & an accredited trainer for the Academy Of Cheese

I have the pleasure to judge for:- The World Drinks Awards, World Beer Awards, World Gin Awards, International Beer Challenge, London Beer Competition & the Guild of Fine Food

My experience as a BSL Communicator & SEN, enable me to develop tasting & tours to suit a diverse range of needs

Alongside the above, I run CADE (Charity & Drinks Events) a Not For Profit enterprise that raises funds for local charities running bars and events

CAMRA Beer Festivals

As part of my voluntary work with CAMRA I have been the Manager of the World Beer Bar for Norwich Beer Festival for the last 7 years and I was the manager for the Great British Beer Festival (Winter) WWB 2018 & 2019, bringing into the UK some very special and unique beers.

My experience growing up within the hospitality sector means that I have an awareness of what the customer and retailer is looking for in a product and how to promote products to them using language that they can understand, tailored to their experience and needs.
