Just back from Bruges and another excellent trip to Belgium. Organisation was once again first class and new friends and acquaintances made. Looking forward to the next trip to Antwerp.
A great long weekend in Bruges, excellently organised. Good to arrive late afternoon Thursday with time to explore some of the sights and Bars of Bruges, together with a Beer Tasting as well. A chance to visit 2 Breweries over the weekend, some of the museums and attractions of Bruges, as well as the Alvinne Beer Festival Friday afternoon. Hotel was first class with a great choice for breakfasts, the recommendations for Bars and restaurants made by Mark were spot on. Cheryl was an excellent tour leader and coped with the few minor glitches which will always occur in a professional way. Would recommend this trip next year.
My 1st visit & introduction to Belgium was excellent. a well organised and enjoyable trip Cheryl & Mark’s knowledge is excellent & appears I am now a convert to Beer! Hotel was lovely with a great choice for breakfasts, the recommendations for Bars and restaurants were brilliant. Made great friends and will be certainly be going on another trip very soon!
Cheryl gave an excellent evening for our business networking event, the beers provided were delicious and the talk informative, interesting and fun. They also run a number of other events as well as offering private tastings, so check them out, you will not be disappointed!
Cheryl delivered an excellent event which I booked for a corporate event for 25 directors. They came from all over the UK and I wanted to find something they hadn’t done before and make it memorable for Norwich. Cheryl helped tailor the event to ensure this happened. Communication was great leading up to the event, she listened to what we wanted and also came up with a lot of great ideas to make it work.
There were lots of smiling faces around the room, both during and most definitely after. The big round of applause at the end showed how much people had enjoyed.
I would definitely recommend Cheryl and hope to work with her again in the future.
I have attended 2 of her Lady Beer Covens now held at the Fat Cap Tap on the outskirts of Norwich, both times have been extremely well attended and Cheryl really does ‘know her stuff’ – both evenings were excellent and informative. Cheryl has had two female brewers talk about their beers – good fun was had by all.

She really knows their beers and will help you to look at beer in a completely different light, you get the stories behind brewing and beer in Norwich as well as the difference between beers made in different countries. She really does cater to your every need and have a really knowledge about and passion for beer. An evening with Cheryl and you’ll view beer in a completely different way.
I wasn’t sure what to expect when I went to my first beer tasting, but I was so pleasantly surprised. Cheryl gave us such a great insight into local Norfolk beers, the tasting notes were so helpful and the beers tasted great. She creates a fantastic atmosphere and it’s impossible not to be drawn in by her passion for beer. I recommend this to beer enthusiasts and novices alike, there truly is something for everyone.
If you are looking to host an event and need something a bit unique to inject some entertainment and fun – you are at the right address here! I went to a networking event last week and Cheryl provided a really relaxed environment. Also, she is absolutely hilarious and could quite easily be a stand up. She makes learning about Ale really fun – even for the Lager drinkers.
